Renewable Energy Solutions

1
Vehicle Battery Reenergising
3-Phase Solution
Identification Phase
During this phase, the battery will be assessed to determine if it can be reenergized.
Reenergise Phase
In this phase, the battery will undergo reenergization process.
Testing & Qualification Phase
This phase involves testing and verifying the reenergized battery.
2
Vehicle Engine Decarbonisation
Chemical Engine Flushes
Using additives to dissolve carbon deposits in combustion chambers, intake valves, and pistons.
Manual Decarbonization
Mechanical methods like walnut blasting to remove carbon from valves and chambers.
EGR and Intake Manifolds
Removing carbon from exhaust recirculation and intake systems to boost airflow and efficiency.
3
Industrial Machine Decarbonisation
Improving energy efficiency
Transitioning to low-carbon energy sources
Implementing carbon capture technologies
In terms of renewable energy sources and fuel switching.
This approach involves moving away from fossil fuels in favour of low alternatives, such as Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF
Waste to Energy Solutions
MSW to RDF
Collection and Sorting
MSW is collected and sorted to eliminate non-combustible and hazardous materials using both manual and automated methods.
Shredding
Sorted waste is shredded into smaller pieces to improve combustion.
Drying
Shredded waste is dried to below 12-15% moisture for better fuel quality.
Additional Sorting
Further sorting removes leftover non-metallic heavy materials.
Final Processing
RDF is processed bales or pellets, mainly from combustible materials with a calorific value similar to coal.
POEFB to RDF
POEFB Collection and Preparation POEFB, a key by product from palm oil mills, constitutes about 23% of fresh fruit bunch weight.
Its high moisture and low bulk density make direct combustion inefficient, requiring processing to reduce moisture and ash for fuel use.
Moisture Ash Reduction
Washing: Using water or solutions like H2SO4 or NaOH lowers ash content.
Drying: methods include sun drying or mechanical drying.
Conversion to RDF
Palletization or Briquetting
EFB can be compacted into pellets or briquettes for better handling and combustion.
RDF to Methanol
RDF Gasification
RDF is processed in a high-temperature gasifier, converting it synthesis gas (syngas) in an oxygen-rich environment.
Syngas Purification
The syngas undergoes cooling, compression, and purification to remove impurities, making it suitable for methanol production.
Methanol Synthesis
The purified syngas is converted to methanol through catalytic reactions involving carbon monoxide and hydrogen at high temperatures and pressures.
Methanol Purification:
The crude methanol is refined, usually by distillation, to meet quality standards for various applications.
Water Quality Solution

Lake, Pond & Stream Restoration
At Water Quality Management, we recognize that healthy waterbodies empower our clients to create enriching experiences around them. Our commitment lies in enhancing the health and aesthetics of water through pond restoration and innovative that improve water quality, elevate visual appeal, and conserve resources.
Pond restoration and maintenance are complex processes that require ongoing water quality monitoring and management to ensure the lake remains and enjoyable for all. Without regular oversight, a lake or pond may deteriorate and become unusable.
Our solution can help you to maintain water quality.
